Contract Air Sealing

With experienced management and installation teams we can offer an accelerated service in the event of an Air Test failure. Our Air Sealing operatives have knowledge of the appropriate robust materials to seal the myriad of leakage areas that can often occur in awkward areas such as roof voids or above suspended ceilings. We aim to carry out this Contract Air Sealing at an early enough stage to allow this process to be most effi cient and cost effective. 

By using our dedicated fan set up we have the ability to find key areas within the build to localise Air Leakage. This is achieved using either smoke pencils or a complete building smoke test (this only works when a differential building pressure is created). 

Temporary Air Sealing

Temporary Air Sealing is required in all buildings that have any type of ventilation. Mechanical ventilation systems which can be closed do not require sealing. Any other forms of ventilation will be required to be temporary sealed prior to the Air Leakage Test.
